Refund policy

Duck Truck Delivery provides local delivery and personal shopping services.

Delivery fees are refundable only if an order is canceled before shopping begins.

Once shopping has started, delivery fees are non-refundable due to time and travel costs.

Grocery prepayments are collected based on an estimated total. After shopping is complete, customers will receive a copy of the final store receipt. Any overpayment will be refunded. Any remaining balance must be resolved before delivery is completed.

We do not offer returns on grocery items once purchased.

If there are concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Alcohol and tobacco purchases cannot be refunded once completed unless required by law.

If alcohol or tobacco delivery is refused due to failure to provide valid ID, delivery fees remain non-refundable.
