How does grocery prepayment work?
After reviewing your list, we provide an estimated grocery total along with your delivery fee. Payment is collected before shopping begins. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a copy of your final store receipt. Any difference between the estimated and final total will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.
Do you mark up grocery prices?
No. You pay exactly what the store charges. We do not increase grocery prices, our delivery fee covers our time and service.
What happens if something is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we’ll attempt to contact you for approval before making substitutions whenever possible. If we’re unable to reach you, we may select a comparable item to avoid delays.
Can I add items after submitting my list?
Yes, as long as shopping has not been completed. Once checkout has begun, additional items may require a separate order.
What if I’m not home at delivery?
Please provide clear delivery instructions when booking. For non-age-restricted items, contactless delivery may be available upon request.
Do you shop at multiple stores?
Yes. Orders requiring shopping at more than one store include a $10 service fee per additional store.

We serve Jackson, Mississippi and surrounding communities within 30 miles of North Jackson. If you’re unsure whether you’re within range, contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.

What if my final total is higher than the estimate?
If the final total is slightly higher due to substitutions or price changes, the remaining balance must be resolved before delivery is completed.
Can you use my store or restaurant rewards?
Yes! If you provide your rewards information (such as a phone number, barcode, or account), we can use it when possible to help you save on your order.
