This Service Policy applies to all pickup and delivery services provided by Duck Truck Delivery throughout Jackson, MS and surrounding communities.

Payment Policy

All delivery fees and grocery prepayments must be received before shopping begins.

Groceries are prepaid based on an estimated total. Once shopping is complete, customers will receive a copy of the final store receipt. Any difference between the estimated and final total will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

Shopping begins only after payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at no charge before shopping begins.

Once shopping has started, delivery fees are non-refundable.

Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for approval before making substitutions whenever possible.

If we are unable to reach you, we may select a comparable item to avoid delays.

Multiple Store Orders

Orders requiring shopping at more than one store include a $10 service fee per additional store.

Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to store conditions, traffic, or weather.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and any necessary access instructions.

Alcohol & Tobacco Purchases

Alcohol and tobacco deliveries require valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. We do not deliver to dry counties.

The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and present at the delivery address. No contactless delivery will be allowed for these type of orders.

If valid ID cannot be provided, the alcohol portion of the order will not be delivered and may be subject to a service fee.

Alcohol and tobacco purchases cannot be refunded once completed unless required by law.

If alcohol or tobacco delivery is refused due to failure to provide valid ID, delivery fees remain non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol and tobacco delivery at our discretion.
